Whatever role you join us in, all of our people have certain things in common. They are keen to progress and develop their skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to our values and objectives as a leading energy company.
More specifically, to join our Marketing team, you'll have a strong understanding of, and a keen interest in, customer behaviour and segmentation. A Marketing qualification would also be an advantage. To work in Sales, a background in a similar role would be advantageous, but more important will be strong interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work hours.
