Customer Operations
This non-customer facing area of our business is split across a number of areas, which all provide support to our Residential and Business operations.
Customer Billing – covering the meter reading process from receipt of a reading through to the production of an account. This team is also responsible for the maintenance of customer records.
Payment Schemes – this team is responsible for the maintenance of half a million customers on budget schemes.
Prepayment – encompassing the provision of the Prepayment Meter Infrastructure, as well as the management and maintenance of electricity prepayment customers nationwide.
Domestic Operations – this team ensures the smooth administration involved in the acquisition and loss of customers.
