Our Customer Services operation covers both Residential and Business customers, dealing with queries and looking after our customers with the highest standards of care.
As a leading UK energy business, it is our aim to continually improve our service, and our Customer Services teams are at the forefront of that, giving every one of our customers a positive experience.
Working within one of our Customer Services teams could see you dealing with a variety of customers. As part of one of our residential teams, you could be dealing with billing and metering queries, prepayments or complaints, for example. Alternatively, if you join one of our Business teams, you could help to advise everyone from small businesses through to large organisations on how they can be most efficient with their energy use, as well as dealing with a range of queries.
