Energy and enthusiasm is key in all of our Customer Service teams. You’ll be able to offer a high level of service, as well as confidently providing expert advice and technical information in a variety of circumstances.
Strong IT skills will also be important as you’ll need to keep our customer records accurate and up-to-date.
While we do offer a professional training programme for all new starters, helping you to pick up all the knowledge you’ll need to advise our customers, your communication skills and dedication to customer care will need to be in evidence from the start.
